Composed and curated by members for members…inspired by the recent resurgence of participation by the membership (and) impacted by the social and political landscape we currently find ourselves in… the first Newsletter of this millennium.
We are hoping this newsletter will bring our Union closer together in solidarity. We need each other in these unprecedented times. In the last few months we have seen our jobs shutdown, the loss of loved ones and fears of a virus we know little about or how we may get back to “normal”. Our friends and family are no longer just a quick visit away. Quarantine is something many simply could not fathom. In recent days, it’s become even harder to comprehend what is happening in our country as we all watch, or march, for a better lot in life.
